How this still stand in Google and still getting this huge amount of traffic :news.lalate.com.

PR: 4 More then 20,900 indexed pages in google.

In my opinion is breaking all TOS even the unwritten ones, is ugly is against common sense and making (I hope) lots of money:D.

This is the About page they mention impresive figures news.lalate.com/about/
 
It is an autoblog made mainly with the buzz-hotfeed plugin that was sold on WF.
They use few nice plugins tho that i didnt know about.
It looks bad because that gives more clicks - i bet iot makes good cash.
 
may be it's because of backlinks from trusted sites + domain itself is old and trusted..
 
G00gle talks a lot about banning cheats and so on. But I find everyday that their search results are a joke. more and more good pages are buried in the results and those of us who simply know how to manipulate the serps will always have our results up front. This is a good example of a bad website raking in all the traffic and google can only stand and watch. Sweet.

I heard about ugly design and making more clicks but I never tested is time to try this.

if google is making money (huge money) from some site (like the above one) WHY would he bother to ban that site? Its simply bringing him business which google is here for. As simple as that
 
Bad and awful design for sure...Not much thought has gone into this site for sure!
