Do you guys know what this is? How do they actually do this? There are thousands of sites out there using this method and rank TOP of Google. Every domain has 'getmedia' in the URL. Are they infect the sites with some virus or wtf is this? 
They do this and link to CPA offers. I guess they're making a lot of money with this method.
as you can see, they do this with high quality domains like ping.com (one of the world's biggest golf brands).
