Can anyone tell me if it's possible to influence in any way the internal page titles showed in Google for a competitor website?

lol. So you want to make microsoft's webpage result to show "linux is a better option go away"?

Send the Webmaster a Ransom? :)

Unfortunately there isn't any way possible that you can do this without having access to FTP and/or Login Details to any CMS they may be using. Just imagine if you could do this - it would have loads of advantages, but A HELL OF A LOT more disadvantage; if you can do it, what's going to stop someone doing it to you?

But No, virtually impossible.

thank you for replays.

No i dont want to change any iner page title for other people. I noticed for my PR4 sites google index other "title" for few internal pages, just asking if around is other type of hacking.
The code source of this pages is unchanged, but google show other title for my important pages, this is very strange...

I know yahoo indexing as title for some pages the keywords for what a page have more back links!

I have a method, but you need naked pictured of the competition guy/girl (preferably girl).

Actually - there would be a possible solution... Although a very slim chance of it actually pulling off. Submit it to DMOZ directory - Google pulls meta description and title from here if they find it in there. Of course, this would take time, need to be approved - anybody a mod there!? and depend on them not having no-odp tag.
