Nah, you must be a member for atleast 30 days and have atleast 50 posts

This is explained in our FAQs section, and in a thread in our Feedback & Suggestions section, but I will copy it to the Lounge as well.

The above posts are correct, you need 50 posts + 30 days on the forum to use a sig.
