    I accidently came across this shitty pure spam google result.

    on the title, the spammers advertise their website or messenger ID with strange text style.

    when you click it, there's very strange webpages, mostly saying
    'there's no result you searched for' something like that.

    what program can do this? or how they do, what happened?
    the big G won't care about this shit?

    To check it out, put 강남오피 on google.

    Korean spam. very common.

    If you enter a keyword in Korean, expect a result in Korean, but yes it seems they spammed German sites. Google gets worse and worse as the language gets less and less common, but Korean is not too small a language though. Don't they use a Korean search engine as well over there anyway?

    Google is far from being perfect. Of course it has its flaws and loopholes, that's why internet marketing works, that's why SEO still works.

    I had edited my post below OP for more comments;
    basically if we are not Korean it does not really matter to us, as you used a Korean word to search; but they seem to have spammed/maybe hacked some German sites, etc; I do not really go deep into this type of links.

    pure cloacking, they use some services like justcloackit or noipfraud, they show to google admins some white page, when the ads approved they run cloacking and show to people what they need... lol, this is basically how people run blackhat scam products

    if google has a small market share in Korea, they will not put as much resources to refine their algorithm in Korea.

    Why call someone names just because they're clearly doing good for themselves?

    That looks like pure korean spam.
    I wonder how google even allows such things? And most of all how do they get indexed at the top lol?

    Seems like hacked site with spam contents.

    Futhermore, Korean people got their own search engine, I think majority people there use Naver, no idea how large the Google shares the market...
