Bcz of Panda and Penguine google algo updates. then there is rank brain algo update. Link directories are dead, article directories died, low quality links like profile, web 2.0, social media aren't getting indexed on Google.
Only thing left in SEO is paid guest posting costing $299 or more per link placement.

Pretty simple. What he's saying is with the method in his ebook you can do it with no investment.

It doesn't literally mean $0, it just means you don't need much.

If you can't afford some basic costs and under $100 for an ebook then nothing really is going to work for you. You need to get a job, whether that's a physical offline job, or something online. Everyone can make money. Even someone who can barely speak english can make money for $2-$3/hr as a VA. 30 hours a week at $3/hr is $90/week. Even at $2/hr that's $60/week. Enough to do some basic things and buy an ebook.

Stop complaining and start acting.
 
instead of spending money on something rubbish as ebook. better buy shares of apple or amazon or look for emerging markets based etf
