I find to get around 95% accuracy, I need to speak quite slowly. I can still produce an article in about 5-8 minutes (excluding editing) but wonder if I keep training it will I be able to speak at a reasonable speed?

Get a audio program to filter out some bass. not all but some.
It takes some time for software to learn your speech patterns.
And i might seem slow, but record your time doing a piece of text typing and speaking.
You'll see that it definitely saves you time.

Ok I'm up to about 5 mins an article now, which in my books is pretty fantastic. Still have plenty of training to do on it so if I can get it down to 4 or even 3 minutes, I will be a happy camper.
