My question is how do i upload safe to rapidshare should i use proxy or should i just use my prenium account to upload with or?

I have seen tens of thousands of uploads to RS & have made quite a few myself.
The MUST DOs are:
Pack (compress and split if necessary, in other words) and encrypt your uploads with using winrar and apply a phrase as a password.
Don't make the password too unique - your password could be used to trace the download.
I have checked on google for you and this phrase is present on at least 41,000 pages, use it as the pass:

WinRAR's passwords ARE case sensitive.
When you compress your files, do a test BEFORE YOU UPLOAD, to ensure they will extract and that you got the password input correctly.
Similarly select the name of the RAR archive file something completely boring, eg (pick one):

If your compressed file is larger than 99MB then it would be best to set winRAR to give you split archives.
Use Rapishare's upload tool if you are a premium user.

You are now safe as fuck, if you have cool stuff that ppl want and test your uploads to make certain they are not corrupt etc. you should start to collect premium points.
For this reason, and since you have done everything right, definitely use your premium acc.

Oh and don't add any incriminating files that give away who created the archive.
Don't ever post in a way that makes it evident that you created & uploaded the archive.
