    Hey everyone!

During the time spent reading the forum, i really found some useful posts and ideas that helped me. Also the success stories motivated me and now i am able to earn just enough money for my needs.

I have been using only blackhat techniques in approaching my target audience, though i never had a website, only used blogs, lens, social networking etc...

Please give me your opinions on this one:

While preparing to buy a domain, i thought it was wise to do some keyword research and also check the competition. It came back all good, because the competition is very low, almost non-existent.
At this point i can buy the exact domain for my keywords, without any hyphens.

I will be using a content locker for my website, and i am 110% sure that conversion rates will be very high. I also think i will be able to rank it on the first page of g00gle pretty fast.

My problem is this: Being the unethical blackhat marketeer that i am, in the end, my visitors will just fill in the damn survey, hoping to get their hands on the info i provide them. Most of them will probably be disappointed, as i won't be offering them exactly what they are searching for.
With other words: They will get it but for some it may work, for others it may not.

How should i go about registering my domain?
If you were me, would u just buy a domain name from(recommend me some good domain registrars) and use whois guard private registration?
Or, on the other hand you will use fake info, like register using a VPS, use a VCC, trying to stay as anonymous as possible ?

Everybody talks about bulletproof hosting, offshore hosting etc, so just wondering isn't the domain registrant just as important.
If u get an infringement, copyright complain your host may take your website down, but the ones making the complain can go as far as to ICANN, close your domain and also report you further(I am analyzing this from various view angles, just to be sure).
Of course i am not talking about some extremely nasty domain names concerning *not allowed by BHW posting rules :D*, that's passed beyond unethical...

    So, that's pretty much it...
Will it be namech3ap, monik3r, internetbs...

    Thank you for the time
    Regards,
    Plague

P.s. First time i register a domain, really need your opinion on how to stay on the safe side and which registrants/hosts won't just take my domain down without blinking.

P.P.s This comes without saying, that they should also be reliable concerning my privacy, aka not hand out my details to lawyers. Had problems in the past, they came knocking at my door....

If its super black hat illegal copyright infringing, dont invest too much time or money into it.

You can never 100% guarantee you can keep it for long.

My website isn't illegal , it's just blackhat, think about it like a service where i am *ofering* the visitors access to another site.
The content of that site it's mostly illegal , like one of those releases sites ,if u are familiar with, u get the idea...
It's correlated to it, but i am going to state in the disclaimer , that we do not encourage the download of copyright content and we can not be held responsible for the "wrong use" of that website...

I just want to give it a try, if my domain will last for 6-8 months i will be happy.

The first and most important thing that i am concerned about, it's my privacy, i have been hearing those stories where they don't only send complains to your hosting service, but take it further up to domain registrar, suspend your domain, and ask for your info.

I don't want them come knocking at my door again, like they did last year...

    EDIT: Hard to post here

    Taken from live chat support:

"We have never ever released our customer's details to a third party. The only way to obtain personal details about our customers would be through a Bahamas' court order and it is extremely unlikely it will ever happen as the Bahamas is enforcing privacy by our constitution and breach of privacy could result in severe penal consequences.
We are proud to say that our Private Whois is a real protection, while the equivalent service provided by an US based registrar is not really protecting you as a simple subpoena would immediately force your registrar to release your personal data."

    I will go with internet.bs

    Thank you,
    Plague

BlackhatPlague, if you've got any questions about internet.bs ask this guy - MarcoRinaudo - www.namepros.com forum. Looks like he's a CEO of Internet.bs Corp
I've just came across his post here [see post 12]
