How should I make a "top 10" website?

For example, if I was going to make a website dedicated to the "Top 10 Basketball Players of All Time" should I just use Wordpress and find a theme that fits? I'm kind of lost on the beginning of this.

Using wordpress for creating website would be good decision if you don't want to do coding for website. There is lots of good template that can be choose for website.

Yep wordpress would be perfect. There are lots of free Sports themes you could use. Just make 1 post each day dedicated to your top 10. Start with Number 10 and end with Number 1. Make each post title include the players name if you can for SEO purposes.

If you are not coder then going for wordpress seems to be the easiest option.

It has a lot of free themes available and there are lot of plugins available if you would need something extra added to the site.

Wordpress will be just fine for that kind of site along with a baseball related theme.
