I think there won't be any problem with that. It is safe and sound. There are some groups which tend to do that very often so that's not a problem.

Yes, I've the experience, and my channel got removed.
Channel was related to crypto/nfts.

I've been doing it for two years. No problem to the channel / group, but the accounts you use to scrape and add get banned and you have to recreate them, and it takes at least 30-50 account for consistent results.

In the channel you can add up to 200 people if I remember correctly, so the ideal is to create a group without the possibility of messaging for users, and post a redirect to the channel.
