How safe is Rocktr.net?

I’m trying to get a digital product (cheaper site membership for my nephew) from a seller I found on Bitcointalk. He gave me his Rocketr.net link and asked me to purchase the account from there. It’s my first time using this website and I’m not totally comfortable buying through it as the seller has no ratings there. The site is showing me that the seller has 6 accounts in stock. Does anyone have any experience with this site? What happens after I purchase the product and how can I recover my money in case I didn’t receive anything (as it would be said to lose $180 for nothing )?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Rocketr is a great site. Many sellers sell on there actually. I think you will be allowed to download file with the logins or you will receive it in the email. It depends on the settings the seller has set up.
