Hi all, I have a question about selling sites. If I buy a site from someone, do I have to wait a minimum amount of time before the domain is transferred again?

ICANN's minimum is 60days, from there it is up to the Registrar of Record so check the purchase agreement before you buy it.

It takes minimum 60 days to sell a site after buying. It may depends on your site's importance and demand. Best of luck!

A friend of mine used to be middleman. He deals with the seller and the buyer, after that he makes them deal and gets the profit.

Yeah always have a reputable middleman present to properly facilitate the transaction. If the site exceeds a high amount of money by its face value, consider hiring an attorney.

2 to 15 days but it depends on the traffic of the site and the age.
