Yes but they do short term trades so often they say this:
Good coin, good project blabla

Entry: 3000 sats
Target: 4500 sats

Also they choose low volume coins so they are easily manipulated, and you can clearly see this back in the charts. BIG spikes to the upside but a low closing candle, look at this coin called POTCOIN for example: https://www.tradingview.com/chart/sGv2wDzv/ ( daily chart )

Also all of these groups advertise each other so you keep thinking there is a better group while all of these groups are probably ruled under one big whale or a few people, like pingu said.

What I meant to say was that they are admitting in pre-buying, I am sure that they are still going to take advantage though.
