How People Show Fake VIDEOS Proof of Income?

I am sure almost everyone related to website flipping, have witness several VIDEOS posted on websites sale to show proof of their earning. I was always wondering as how people do that. How they show real accounts and secure websites but with mind blowing earnings.

do they load the websites in real time and is the address bar visible? perhaps they edited them with firebug. OR what i would do is to setup a local web server imitating the earnings page and setup a local hosts dns record :) in that case you would see the website loading with the correct url but with any content
 
Some people mock up a site like paypal on a completely different url and record it.

Learn how to use Inspect Element. It's easy as pie!
 
Firebug, though I can't figure out how to make it work to edit live pages in real time. But it's pretty neat.

TeamViewer is the closest you can get to reality, and I suppose even then things could be faked, but you have the person in real time and you can tell them what to click, etc.
