Your post is confusing. Your title says "10 minutes" and your post says "few hours".

Can you post some links to substantiate your claim?

i'm searching it also
most pages vk.com (movie spam) are indexed and ranked almost 10min
how can they do this ?

Even videos on xxx sites like xvideos get index pretty fast too. I think Site ranking traffic and content views plays role in it. But that's still an assumption. I am also interested in knowing the secret behind it.

This is what I'd like to know too. Last year I went for a job interview and they were based on tech support.

What they told me is that they have a company selling software and has given them a number where they have to get as much calls they can in a day.
What they were doing was daily posting that number in title and posting threads on spotify forum, kdp.amazon.com, fitbit.com and site like that and submit that url on google and within 10-30 mins it'd start appearing on serps!
Interestingly their thread used to get removed withing minutes but they told me that it's still in cache so people can see their number.

What I got to know was their point was to just get that thread indexed because there goal was to get their assigned number that's all.
That's what another area of black hat but instead of these sites going down I'm seeing a hike in them.
People who into movies will see this more often where you see sites using ad-center cpa offers.

I think this is a great method if you got spare time and just want to generate leads like that.

Edit: Google this "quickbooks enterprise support phone number" and you will see forums like that with numbers in title

fetch and render page url and submitting fb url post helps a lot to index my content within 15 mins or so

I remember these from a few years ago, they use to spam forums and sites that get indexed / crawled fast. They don't actually get indexed from the time of post though, that "10 minutes ago" is from when google decides to index. They usually spam a few hours before being indexed.

VERY competitive niche and this only works on a few "parasite" sites. Most of the time, they usually disappear from google or replaced by newer links on that same parasite (like i said, very competitive).

*Last I checked, some were using bookmarks / spam on a japanese site. Can't remember the URL though.

EDIT: b.hatena.ne.jp/entry/www.nookl.com/article/3652/nbc~~sports-tampa-bay-rays-vs-chicago-white-sox-2018-live-tv-cast-on-monday-09-april-2018

** Also worth noting that google doesn't like newer domains using live stream or watch online keywords. Try it, they won't rank for awhile no matter how many links you throw at it. Remove the "live stream" and "watch online" keywords and they work fine. Been like this for awhile. It won't be long before vk is hit like all the others.

These technique has gone know... you can call it "G**gle B0mbing". Instant indexing is no more, it was working until February.

It's not really amazing, it's a pretty old approach that's still working. You take a bunch of high authority sites that allow user generated content and spam them at a large scale with a "throw enough shit to the wall and some will stick" approach. The rankings of these parasites are very short term, they appear, disappear, may resurface again, may disappear forever. It's nothing you can really predict, that's why the shotgun approach.

Why does it work? Because there is a small loophole in the algorithms when it comes to news and newsworthy content. For evergreen content, Google can collect an abundance of signals before a site ranks and nobody cares. For news related stuff, this doesn't work, noone wants to read old news, freshness is the key. So, Google has less signals, it's more an educated guess, content looks relevant at first glance, site is authority, BOOM, ranking. The less data an algothm has to rely on, the more vulnerable it is to getting fooled.
