This is just a correction which has happened in past also. They might have increased their holdings as crypto is available for less price.

I was just researching this this week since it also piqued my interest.
Apparently, it isn't that much of a loss (besides the presidency) since majority of the population was HODLing USD anyways and it wasn't a mass adaption accepted by the community.
Also... probably why gang news are back front page for them sadly..
