Yo guys, I know that newer x views is better to be featured on YT's 1st page (popular or specific category), but I'm curious about how flexible the timing can be. A 5 day video still has a chance? 2 weeks? A month?

i think it about how many views a video gets in a spesific time, not how old it is.

Time isn't the fact. The thing matters is the view counts.

Thanks for clearing this up for me. I really believed that time was a relevant factor on the YT equation.

I've never seen an old video hit the front page, even if it went viral. I think after a week the video just doesn't qualify for front page anymore. I remember even when the rickroll video was popular rick astley's video wasn't on the front page even after being spammed everywhere.
