I usually donate from time to time, and usually, a donation goes directly to people or small organizations. My recent donation was to one of the organizations that teach poor kids for free so they can get a basic education until 11th grade. I personally donated for the education of 1 child for 11 yrs.

I feel like we are so caught up in getting our life better that we enjoy receiving more than giving, due to which not many people donate as they think it is a loss. Donation for me is a reminder of how lucky I am to be able to give and contribute to making someone's life better.

Have you guys done any recent donations?

Basically I donate weekly but the amount is not big enough to say. What i feel is, every donation gives your heart some relief and helps you to move on. What do you think?
Donation does not mean it should be big. Even as low as 0.30 cents can help get poor children a glass of milk and a bread in third world countries. Its a drop of water that makes oceans

I look at it this way.. If you have two arms and two legs that you can use to earn your own money. I will never give you even one penny.. I hate beggars..
Basically I do not donate to nobody!

We don't tell any one when we do that
Nice to know

Not everyone has two arms and two legs. And donation is not done only to beggers.

Donating to an organization is a scam. Donating your time to organizations is worthwhile. I offer my services basically free for NGO's and small businesses.

I don't have any problem in donating some if I have enough
And for now I donate little to beggars who are physically handicapped

And even if they have, not everywhere you can earn the money you need for your family and their future…

I have an annual lump sum donation to a hospice, we donate too to Red Cross.
My Mrs donates a half day a week to an animal shelter.

Beggars on the street I have stopped helping, I used to buy a hot drink and a sandwich from time to time for those in need, but when one person one time said " I don't want food, I want money " they kinda screwed it up for anyone else.
I'm not obliged to help these people, so to throw hep back in your face says enough. If you are genuinely homeless and in need, a hot drink and food should be appreciated.

never! last time I donated was $20 to a homeless man like 3 years ago
I would love to more though, if I were a millionaire I would for sure do it

I donate whenever I have the opportunity to.
Whether it's my old clothes, to old unneeded furniture to $$
