no one knows the figure.
i do believe the older the domain the better (for more)
but damn, i did 1k in xrumer to 10 sites and it they arent getting picked up yet been a few weeks

I let Google find them, I focused on BlogEngine which is high do-follow and removed the low PR's
What is low PR to you?

Because it depends what you do.
Are you 100% blackhating? Are you Gray hatting? Are you trying to mildly enhance a white hat website? How many backlinks does your website currently have? How much unique content? do you even care about this website for the long run?
