Depends on how new your site is and how frequently you add new content.

I think you should blast your web 2.0 properties or any buffer tier instead of your website url. You can do it for every time you add new content.

I blast for the fun of it, don't see any movements or whatsoever after blasts. Could be 10 times in 1 day, once a month, doesn't matter.

My own practice is one a day with one account, the next day another one spinned article using another account.

Repeat until 10 spinned article complete.

But will vary this practice from time to time of course.

If it's a new site, do a few small blasts spread out. After that, build contextual networks / high PRs...

Try not to blast your site (even the web 2.0s) with more than few hundreds a day. I have more than 10 keywords on a 2 yr old site falling into the #300 SERPs. Before that, they were like #10ish to page 3.

One more... never never reuse the same spun article too many times in too many networks.

Once every two years but only when you have more than 500 visitors per day

My recommendation is to change up what you blast.

Meaning, after you blasted your money site a few times, kick it up a notch and help your links get some more linkjuice. Blast them.

Heck, do you have any linkwheels setup? Get some links to those bad boys too....Spread that link love around to your backlinks or links that haven't yet been indexed.

I think whatever you decide, do it regularly. Not just one time and then stop. Maybe outline for yourself a model - what links, tier 1 or/and tier 2 and in what interval. Best to blast your buffer sites, so not risking your money site.
