Why not? Do that for a week, track how many visits you are getting and then you will determine if it's worth it or not.

But, Share posts consistently. Do not share all at once for a week and then be a no-show the following week.

Depending on the niche, some platforms would usually be better, ex: discord for tech/gaming, pinterest for women/fashion/food, etc...
