If you have a very small competition site, lets say 300 exact match, 82K phrase match, 35k intitle, and 11k inurl... how many senuke blasts would you run on a daily or monthly basis?

Every site is different and I know a lot of people blast their sites in different ways. For example when I put sites up I don't hit them too hard right away. I keep building steady links until I see the site ranking in the top 200 or so. Then I will hit the site much harder to get it to the top.

I know other people hit the site hard right away. At the end of the day all you really need to do it keep building links until your number one - then keep building more links ;)

When I say "hard" that usually means building a ton of web 2.0s, articles, social bookmarking, and getting quality links too like high PR homepage backlinks.

Like I said each site is different so I can't put a number on it. Just blast it as many times as you want then check the SERP movement and go from there. If you have to have a number for whatever reason try building 25 web 2.0s then backlink those and go from there.
