There's been a bit of a stir in the BH community for a new piece of
Software from Brunson. At $995 Reduced to $275 it was a major purchase for me.

So paid ...... Got the acknowledgement ... and guess what ...
    No delivery of product ...

What DID happen is that I got signed up for this premium program
which was not what I wanted.

Obviously his shopping basket is SCREWED,

But is he watching his Help Desk. NO.
Is his office on the phone... NO

and all this after 12 hours on launch.

NOT THE WAY TO DO IT RUSSELL

I currently own that domain and have not put anything up on it. MikeFilsaimeSucks.com was used to publish info negative of his products and the guy that owned it was making money from it and Mike threatened to file a lawsuit against him for $250k.
    Code:
    http://mikefilsaimesucks.com/transcription-of-the-video/
The guy turned over the domain to him because apparently that's what his lawyer suggested. According to MikeFilsaimeSucks.com (which Mike now owns) a person can own a domain (like RussellBrunsonSucks.com) and even post info that's negative about that brand name, as long as that person does not make any money from it.

So, do you think it would be worth it to develop RussellBrunsonSucks.com

setup anonymous paypal account, switch the billing to that, and use the paypal acct to setup hosting. Will hide your identity and even if they wanted to sue you, they'll have one hell of a time finding you.

Not a law man myself. But I don't think there is anything wrong with owning that domain, and posting TRUTHFUL stories/articles. You also cannot call him real world defamatory names, for example calling him a "jew" or something similar could possibly land you in trouble, but calling him a "screwball" won't.

As I say I don't know 100%, heck probably not even 50%, but it is free speech aslong as you aren't stating untrue facts.
