For a brief introduction about us, we are an e-commerce company that has excelled in the field of Neon Sign Business over the years with an unmatched boom in the market.

Let's talk about how it all started: In early 2019 we stumbled upon the idea of selling neon signs as they have been a component of these popular marketing tools irrespective of the business nature. These retro-chic neon signs have proved to be a popular marketing choice for retail storefronts, restaurants, and even service businesses. A catalog of neon sign usage is shown in as follows:

The way our customers would go about sharing their ideas about the neon sign is what made work more exciting and at the same time, it motivated us to excel at it as a business.

HOW OUR BUSINESS PROGRESSED:
Working in the neon sign market, soon we were tempted to try out new things in order to step up our game and hence we started testing out different marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Walmart and so on. And that is not it, soon we started succeeding at wholesale and switched to B2B as well. In a short span of time we had figured ways and hacks to sell on every other e-commerce platform with ease and along that we also started looking for ways to shift to selling on our own website which in turn helped our business, bigtime! Whatever new ways we kept trying out, it helped us in getting more and more traffic which aided in overall selling.
The impact of that can be assumed by the figures we made in the first month because we did hit 25,000$. If that isn't a big win!
We reached 200,000$ per month and till Christmas that year we were able to make revenue of approx. 500,000$ and that proved the potential of our product. The proof of that is as follows:

TO SCALE OUR BUSINESS FURTHER:
In the start, for production and fulfillment of our orders we did rely on Chinese suppliers and we considered it a chance to learn for us so in future we can start production of items on our own which in the end did happen since we had to give up working with Chinese suppliers. The major flaw was the time Chinese suppliers took a break and our business went downhill but the plus point is that we had a backup plan at hand and that's how we started our production line. It took us just a little while to set up our very own production unit which helped us in following aspects:

1. Research and development opportunities
2. Helped provide content for strong branding
3. Helped us empower people by offering jobs

Cherry on top was our collaboration with B2B Clients succeeding to serve locally in the US with 200+ retail stores already in existence. This was a deal breaker as well and helped us shift to B2B selling and is what we are working on currently with the intention of soon shifting to retail.
Some of the benefits that B2B did to our work was: We didn't have to struggle in order to get orders in bulk, had good traffic ratio and there were no limitations set in order to grow.

LOCAL PRODUCTION AIDED IN PROVIDING BRANDING CONTENT:
Local production also resulted in fine business opportunities with shipping facilities as FedEx and DHL and in turn served to get positive responses, building overall market reputation and social media popularity. As a result of which we have reached the target of shipping 400-500+ neon signs on a daily basis. Our production unit has helped us in creating video ads of manufacturing as well as good quality image content by hiring models and undertaking photography projects with them.


DETERMINED TO SCALE FURTHER:
Not to mention that we already have top notch product quality, reformed structures, production units, equipped staff and hands on experience. The new testing ventures we have undertaken are:
1. Understanding EL Wire industry
2. Working on music synched neon signs
3. Get a hold of B2B clients


The issue I would like to address is that we are a third world country, and don’t have a physical presence that could make a mark on this world and hence we are looking for collaborating with clients with good market reputation and strong motives that could help us in the long run...

We have not settled even yet and are determined to expand more along the time, in areas correlated to our current business. We also do Amazon FBA! A major part of our business is Amazon FBA.

We have relatively reduced our platform dependency & we are selling in all mediums possible - be it Amazon, etsy, Facebook ads or Google Ads..

The idea was to build good production lines & then we are selling it everywhere possible.
