I have ubersuggest which is lifetime. And time 2 time I buy group buy and save a lot of money then throwing it away.

Only time is spent no money except on proxies.
Used to use ahrefs a lot previously.
A lot of data is available for free on internet that also helps, it's not as organized these tools but still very useful.
I do have some tools with LTD like Serpstat, Website Auditor.
If you learn web automation by using any tool or programming you can cut down your costs easily.
