How much would you sell this site for?

I have just created a site which is converting pretty good on adwords...How much money would you personally sell this website for? I was thinking about selling it on ebay but do not really have a clue on how much to because I never sold a website before... Thanks for any tips!

After uisng adwords I was seeing decent conversations...Its just that I am not really good with adwords..ppc in general...Its got a good quality score...hmm I made 11.75$ in a test run but lost 9.75... I think it has potential...

Should I sell it or work more on it with ppc?

I think people buying sites dont like hyphenated urls, but I do because of the readability. One problem is 2008 is nearly over... and i think people would much prefer a site with 2009 in the title, even if it isnt 2009 yet. But apart from that I reckon this site is very promotable, there is potential. Im sure that other bhw members would have a more accurate valuation on this site... but in my opinion I would do some more seo for it, do some article marketing to build backlinks and see what happens. The more seo you do with it, the more valuable it should become.

Edit: The fact that you are profiting from adwords is a good thing, because it is scalable =) add that with other forms of traffic generation and you may see the revenue increase dramatically, and in turn, the value of the site

Thank you for your opinion and tips...I will Add Some more SEO to it were it can pick up on the search engines for some good keywords for organic traffic.And Also Build some backlinks for it as I am yet to do that..Thanks again,any more tips and opinions are appreciated
