How much would you charge for bringing in multiple €60 customers per day?

I built a site where I provide leads for a group of online consultants. This site became almost instantly successful. (french site, almost no competitors, >400k 'exact match' searches over a total of 15 targeted keywords). Days after we launched customers started coming in. Now we are not even one month in and we get about 15 customers a day, all because of my seo and ppc.

Each customer brings in 60€. These consultants have been doing this offline for about 5 years and there clients come back 3 to 4 times a year.
I make a commission for each sale (also repeat clients), but would like to hear from you guys and girls how much you would charge for this (per sale). There is some discussion now that my commission is to high because I make more money than some of the consultants. But without me they make nothing, and thanks to me they make between €50 and €150 a day, every day of the week (after only 3 weeks!!!). And this is expected to go up a lot as I am still working on the rankings.

So, how much commission would you charge per customer you bring in?

I'm guessing $50 will be enough unless you wish to buy something or invest in something huge

I think my question wasn't clear, so I changed it in the original post. I was talking about commission per sale, not price for the service.

Charge a percentage of what they take and make it reasonable for them yet enough good for you so you can make a living out of it.

Congratz on your quick success, now scale up.

Yes, that seems obvious. But as this is something I have no experience in, my question is: What would be a fair percentage?

I get 15€ (25%) per 60€ sale. I kinda feel that is on the low side. The consultants feel it is on the high side :).
So, I would like to know what a fair number would be in this case?

You are handing them free money. Charge the nuts off them. Keep on upping your commision until you see take off dropping off. Look for more consultants. You are only taking commision on an initial intro sale, any sales afterwards you are not due commission on ?

    - Upping my commission til the point people start dropping of is not an option and not the way I want to do business. All these consultants are from the same organisation and there are other consultants (about 20) that are interested in using my service, but if they know I have been treating their colleagues badly they might not want to do business with me.
This site is growing at an unbelievable rate and I expect to have about 20 consultants in service in about 6 months, so I want to make sure everybody in this organisation is happy with the way I treat them.
    - I get the same commission on all sales: initial sale and all future sales.

But what you say is true, I am offering them free money. They give me 15€ and they get 60€ back every single time. That is a pretty sweet deal.

Knowing customers come back 3 or 4 times after, i would of negotiated something higher than 25%. Maybe 30-35%. Nothing greedy to keep the clients happy, and then i'd just work on scaling it up.
