How much would this be worth to you?

I wanted to ask those who focus on article marketing to drive traffic around how much they would consider a reasonable price for 10 original articles + 2 articles ready for spinning which would include at least 5 variations per sentence?

Just to explain I am thinking about starting up a content store as it were with all high quality SEO content which would have two sections, one for PLR and one for uniques. So I am trying to determine whether or not it would have any success and what everyone thinks is a reasonable price.

I would be grateful for any suggestions and additional ideas. Basically I am looking to create a one stop shop for all your content needs, so please fire away.
