The title, also I am not talking about the reseller panel script,I am talking about the scripts which are used to maintain those pool of accounts.

Also is it worth in 2020 if you can provide what other Smm Panels can't?

So I was in the market pre june 2019 when all hell went loose and If you actually want to be made in the game you're gonna have to spend a lot of the money on accounts, proxies, and more accounts when they inevitably get banned. The goal here for most of these no refill services is to put followers onto your account for that period which they claim(almost never happens) so that when the accounts get banned, they make enough ROI that they can buy more accounts and rinse, repeat. Maintaining a "refill" service usually just means finding really cheap followers that you can add again to "fill" it up and then just doing that until the refill 30 day period is done or something.

Now let's assume you drop a minimum of $1k on accounts and proxies. Now you gotta find your social media API key or get a bot to do it which is a whole other story. It is not just about getting a bot one time and then you are good. SM companies pay a lot to circumvent these bots and WHEN not IF they change your bot you need pretty much a full-time programmer to have your service working again instantly so your service doesn't get a bad reputation or taken off the reselling panels.

If I recommend someone get into producing likes, follows ect, make another service that not a lot of people are selling, find a way to do it cheaper and do it but I think that if you are not already making IG bots 2 years ago then it is really hard to establish yourself to these panels.

Forget about the budget part, that is not an issue but where to find such good devs?

I can't find any good dev who works what I want,do you have any idea how to find the good ones?

Is there an audience for such a service? Absolutely.

If you're going to be fulfilling orders from your own accounts and not relying on the profiles of a third-party provider you can control the consistency of deliveries and keep users happy with the service.

Most panels make the mistake of reselling these services and then running into issues when the provider cannot deliver (which many panels now struggle with). But yes, build out a quality site/service and have the arsenal of accounts in place to deliver orders, swiftly, and you'll be rendering better service than 99.9% of panels out there.

Im not talking about freelancer.com or something, Your best bet would to be to go out and either find one like a needle in haystack online and hope he is responsive or Actually interview and he a dev full time so he is contractually bound by a job that he has to do for you only. I had a dev who was a really great guy out of albania that I paid $750 a month to make sure that we figure everything out. Now, he had experience already in the field and I also have some programming knowledge but you also cant just pick out any developer, or you could but it would take much more time.

If you hire a dev from day one, expect to be working on the project for 2-3 months to really iron it out. You DO NOT want a bot that is on its last legs because when you get orders and your bot breaks it looks bad.

But where, one guy said you should hire someone from an agency but I cannot really find someone who can do this, half of the dev's are fake and don't know what they are doing. When I ask them to build a custom script for me and then say that I will pay only after testing the bot then they deny it,it's ridiculous like how can someone pay for the bot which won't work.

That is the tough part of getting devs online, What I did is actually hired one in real life and worked with a lawyer to secure a contract in his region for work to make sure that his work is for my site. The good devs are hard to find.

Thanks for your guidance,I will probably try this method.
