Ok guys some may be skeptical but I found a guy who is ready to sell me fanpage with 1 million fans and great thing is he is just some newbie who know nothing about affiliate marketing (and I here fucking struggling to get fans even with years of Internet Marketing knowledge). But still I want your suggestions how much you think it is worth?

Depends on the area the fan page was made for?
If it is 1Million Broke Ditch Diggers its worth nothing.

Don't worry that's the first thing I checked. Majority are from USA UK and Canada and it is very responsive I got 10k visits to my website in few minutes. And age range is from 18-34. So how much you think it is worth?

It all depends what type of page it is,

If it is a page with a generic word use like "fishing in the river is cool" or some other generic statement then Facebook will block the publishing rights at any time.

Even if its a business page where you dont have a Ad spend it is not safe I have seen it happen to my own pages.

Hard to put a value on Facebook pages as they can be deleted or have publishing rights blocked at any time their basically something you cant even trust for a long term period.

I know its still risky but still I wouldn't mind to gamble. So can you tell how much I should pay considering the risks fanpages have?

I don't know for sure, but if the page is highly targeted I'd like to think that 1 fan = $1 :)

I think I've read somewhere that each fan worth something as $0,10. $1 for a fan is too much, I think. :)

stab in the dark, i would say $10 per 10k targeted fans, which makes it $1000? but i say this is tooo much, so i would say $500 max?

No one can you give you a good number unless we know what the group is. (NO I'm not asking what it is, just saying.) I have paid 600 $ for a 500k member group. It was VERY targeted to my niche, and had never been spammed. I made my money back in hours :) I only had the group for 4 days thanks to FB's hammer but ehh.

If it has not been spammed to shit I think Its worth alot more. With a million fans you should be able to make your $$$ back with in the first day, 2 tops.

Depends what the name is, and what age most of the fans are, but you can rake in some nice cash if you know how to take full advantage of it

if the fan page is relevant to something in Clickbank, or whatever shit products that have affiliates for it, it worth more than $100k.

Just a simple finance calculation, you discount the future cash in flow to today's present value. Let's imagine, conversion rate is somewhere between 5-10%.

For 5%, and if you can make $10 on every transaction, you get 5,000x$10 = $50,000
For 10% conversion rate, you make $100,000.

Just tell the guy that you want to buy it for $500, he will be more than happy IMO
