Wondering what YouTube Pays these days for 100K views on: Crime/Entertainment niches (USA/Uk) audience.

It also depends on audience country so add that in question.
On average, 100,000 YouTube views are worth around $500.
Why do not you see earning proof related videos of you tubers to see exact data? That's the Google result ahuch is likely inaccurate.
Not only depends on your country but also the niche of your channel and the content of your videos. CPM can be as low as 0.5$ but also easily have over 20$, so there's not really one answer to your question.
That's my experience as well. Music pays reaaally shitty. I've had CPMs that were lower than 1$ in this niche. But it was more as a passion project and not something to generate tons of money. I knew what I was getting into.100% agree
100k videos to a video just depends on what your content niche is. What your location is. Who your content targets (language, age group, earning range).
A lot of factors.
I managed a popular music artist video account at one point and also a Haircare video that had far less of an audience.
But those haircare videos made A TON MORE than the popular music artist. Im talking maybe 6x more.
100k for $500 is high to me for any niche that's popular culture for sure
As mentioned above it's certainly possible to have a higher CPM than 4$, so your message of $400 max is certainly wrong.$200 - $400 max

It's definitely not so common to have CPMs around 5$ or higher, but there are some pretty high demand and evergreen niches out there that pay well.
Finance or Real Estate are just two of many more.

You have to ask yourself what type of advertisers/companies would pay money to see their ads on your channel. My wild guess is that there aren't that much advertisers to begin with and they usually don't have the funds like some large corporations.Okay, so target audience USA/UK I'm currently in the Uk, the niche would be scary/crimes like unsolved murders, and unsolved mystery type content
