I doubt it would sell for anything. What would somebody buying it set to gain from getting it from you? If the answer is nothing then why would they buy it?

The site is all keyword optimized, but I just cant come around promoting it since its a niche im not really familiar with. So some promotion should be getting some $. So what do you think is it worth something?

Put it on sitepoint for $75 bid. You'll get more with PR3, but don't expect a lot. You need someone who see's value in it because THEY can fix it. If you keep it and fix it yourself, you can ask for more. :)

If you were to sell it, promote the fact that it has a good Pagerank and its old. Say some stuff about how its hard to rank for anything with a brand new site. But with this site, you don't have to worry about that.

That's what I would, because I know that there are people that don't want to wait for a site to age it just takes to long.

Thing is i cant really come to promoting it. Most bookmarking sites with good PR apart from the top 100, suck because they make you pay for a link or want you to link back to them to get your link accepted. Or else if I try blog comment posting. I spent 3 Hrs to find one blog which was do follow and it did not even accept my comment, plus their aren't so many results related to my niche. So i'm out of promotion ideas.... :(

PR3 is excellent for being approved for some programs (paid blogging comes to mind), and even if the site isn't a blog, a new owner can convert it over into one. If the traffic isn't converting, change the format and build from the good foundation to a higher use. Or take out all the pay per sale elements and replace them with CPM, paid links, links to paid download pages and free-upon-completing CPA offers ads. make money from the visitors simply being there, even if they don't buy.

I've been offered $80 for links from just a few PR<=1 pages on my PR3 blog. Of course I turned it down cuz the blog is whitehat and the offer was skeevy and spammy. Point is, you should definitely be able to get something...

Monetize the site in a different way and then sell it after 2-3 months of revenue. You say its about a celeb, well how about instead of adsense you promote a nude video that is just leaked with the celeb, then lock it with bh codebreaker or even CPA leads gateway. Promote this video on every page where your ad block would've been, bam some easy money.

Your selling price should be (1 month site revenue) x 6 months = ?

    That's how people buy them..

I see that your site is on celeb, why don't make it a nude celeb pic type of site, then add CPA lead gateway and make money from it. Adsense will make you some cash as well in this niche.

Adsense and CPA lead do not allow adult type pics. Or any content of such kind...
