I have an artist I'm managing who is getting about . 32,000 visits. 28,000 uniques, and 48,000 page views a month. Are these good numbers? I'm trying to gage how large his fan base is. Majority of the traffic comes from social media.

what are u doing with that traffic is the question.

    are they buying his music?
    are they sharing his music?
is he capitalizing off of it, if so how?

if ur looking to impress a label with your traffic, they would be more impressed with a good explanation of what that traffic means....because we all know traffic can be faked, the labels surely know it, they do it.

28,000 uniques per month and your not selling any t-shirts, or touring off of it, or selling downloads, or SOMETHING, means u might as well have 30 uniques per month, if u get my drift

A few shows here. Haven't started selling anything yet. That's the next move, but trying to figure the best way to monetize it . Ideas?

package his songs as an album
    get a paypal
    join e-junkie
sell his music as an album download using e-junkie and paypal. same with shirts, posters, cd's etc. add a booking contact form to the site. funnel the site visitors to your sales page with the products you are selling

are u capturing the traffic in any way? email, getting them to like his fb, twitter following, youtube channel...anything?

why are they coming to his site? cause they like the music or he posts funny pics on fb?
whats really going on? i dont know the details, only you do.

They are coming for the music from twitter posts about the website mostly (he's verified with almost 1million followers) . Are there any benefits to e-junkie over cart66(we are paying for but haven't used it yet). We can't sell the music currently out because the samples aren't cleared (and alot are impossible to clear). We are capturing emails at the moment and have an email list of almost 700k and have a splash screen that uses Ready Graph , but are considering abandoning seeing as they make us pay to email the people we collect. As far as selling merch we don't have anyone in place to handle fulfillment , that's why we have been shying away from it .

never used cart 66 so I cant speak on it, but the e-junkie only costs 5 bucks a month and it works.

if you can't get the samples cleared you can offer it as a free download if they tweet the link out or join his fb page. all mail services have some type of payment involved, not familiar with ready graph...mail chimp is free but they are strict.

    gonna shoot you a PM
