I have a good number of PR4 and PR3 domains, how much would I be able to sell a 301 redirect for monthly or yearly fee.

Also how much is a PR3 and 4 domains WORTH?

Hmmm. Yearly? or buy the whole domain? I heard PR5 was worth about $500?

Saying you do a 301 redirect with a PR 4 page to a PR 0, will the PR 4 301 page eventually lose its page rank?

Buying a "301" redirect is fairly worthless, better off just buying a PR4 domain for $100 off GoDaddy or Flippa.

True. So the domain is worth $100? I got about 4 or 5 I thought were fake PR, but they survived 3 Pr updates, I also had about 6 or 7 PR3. I might stick them on flippa or something

    $100-$200 is typical for a PR4. A PR5 varies.
Do a info:<domain> if it shows the same domain name, it "should" be legitimate, especially if it survived PR updates. But if you don't do anything with it, it is likely they will lose it.
