I haven't built a website for someone in a long time but a guy wants me to build a somewhat simple one. Basically what it will have is: - custom design - store locator - godaddy shopping cart - cms - initial pages creation and adding his content (i.e. about us, contact us, faq) - possibly a few other add-ons Pretty basic stuff but I still have no idea what type of quote I should give him. I'd assume I could do it all in a matter of 10 hours but I don't want to overcharge him nor do I want to screw myself by lowballing. What do you think?
If I were you I would check the price quotes on elance and scriptlance. That should give you a very good idea what's the current price. If you can't find you can post the job there just to get some price quotes.
