How much time passes before you get some good traffic ?

So i created few health related blogs at the same time, used good keyword domains, filled each with 10 unique articles, did little social bookmarking, some dir submission, and some blog commenting.
And i get few 2-3 visitors a day :/
I not a newbie, noob or anything similar so please do not give me tips on how to increase traffic, just give your personal experience on how much time does it pass for you before you get some good traffic from SE ?

24 hours passed and I got 79 uniques per day. Its a general blog with auto updating UAW content and some google trends.

Interesting, i think i didn't get 79 unique for 3 health related blogs with unique content, own keyword related domain and some promoting :/

Depends what you call 'good trafic'. From big G, 1-2 months i think. he has to trust you

I am getting around 30 to 50 pageviews per day in my blog without any promotion, just have created around 135 backlinks.

well if you want quick traffic then stumble it

Did you generate any revenue or sales?

Before I make a blog I buy the domain and leave it for few months and then begin to post articles and wait till they are indexed.Slowly when I reach 10 published articles I increase the posting frequency and start promoting the articles everywhere..

I did this to one of my main blog and it has been around 250 posts now and I have a substantial 4000 pageviews everyday

Digg and yahoo answer also good place to get backlinks and traffic as well, but i thing he knows all this method and dont want any tips to increase traffic, just wants to know how much traffic we are making and from what sort of marketing.

I set up my blog last week, did nothing to promote it except make a post at this one site. That site brings in about 20 visits a day and then Google brings in about 40 visits to me daily. Currently on the second page for certain keywords I am targetting.

I just changed up some keywords last night and Google Analytics showed an increase of 40 uniques in one day.

I hope I found the right keywords now.

From your success its clear that how important keyword research is. Could you tell us what tools you use for keyword research.

Micro niche finder.. keyword research pro... semrush .. seodigger ... samurai ... all these ar one hell of a researching stuffs.. )
