if i have a single niche site that i need to make a constant 1$ a day will adding a new article every month be able to maintain the site and keep it earning?

im not looking for a garuantee just a probable outcome.

The point of building niche sites is to have a passive income, you can have 1 niche site that you never touch and earn $1/day with it with just a few articles and not having a need to touch it whatsoever. Or you can rank a site and have the same site make a few hundreds (or thousands) per month all without moving a finger after the initial push! :)

Yup, you can just let them be after you reach the level of income you want to achieve "passively" (you do have to sometimes check on the site and fix the occasional problem etc.). But you have to work your way up there.

That sounds like a nightmare in my opinion, I currently own around 17 sites and I think at around 20 is enough for now. I would suggest you to really put effort into 5 sites and reach your goal of what I understand $6000/mo. It is really doable with even one site if you hit the right niche, but it can be hard. Start off with 5 sites and see where they take you and learn the basics, they might do $1K/mo together and then you can do 25 more sites - but 200 sites seems to be a big overkill if you are just getting into this.

    Good luck!

200 sites? Seriously! Don't do this even don't think about this.. Even when I started my blogging jounrey, I did the same and then when it comes about update the domain, I gaveup lol . I had more than 150+ domains with me .

Now, I'm happy with my 50+ domains and 10 are them are active and rest of them are going to active very soon. But it takes 2 year for me... Niche site is really an amazing profitable business. Build specific niche blog as well you are targeting too many blogs.

Choose specific niches, get 20 keywords for each niche, post 20 articles for each niche, do some basic ON PAGE SEO and build some links and rank them on the 1st or 2d page and then go for another one. Give time, Google will give you auto ranking and them boom boom boom !

I wouldn't even start with 5 sites. Just start with 1. It doesn't even matter if it's a hit, just learn the process. Go for 5 and you'll just waste money.
