Hey guys, sorry that I'm not too informed with FB. I have a decent sized page, but it's been inactive for a while. I'm thinking about starting it up again maybe this summer, if it'd be worth it. I'm working big time with IG accounts and know there basically if you have <25k it's gonna cost $5-10. 25-100k: $10-20. 100K-250K: $20-100. 250K-1M: $100-500. Something like that. Would those numbers be similar for a FB fanpage? Let's say I'd get my page active again and it'd hit 30K. Would I be able to sell shoutouts for $5-10 or is it too pricey/too cheap? And when I say active, on IG with decent sized accounts (25K+) is usually like 4-8% activity rate with likes and a little lower for comments. Would that be similar on fb too? Or should the activity rate be higher? Thanks to anyone and everyone who answers.

I just care about fanpage stuff. I see a lot of posts here are for actual accounts with a few thousand friends and I'm sure that's completely different numbers, but that's not my thing.

Depends on the country but $100 for a 1m page is pretty fair and depending on the niche sounds about right

it all depends on how active your pages are.

Is 4-8% activity rate good? Or should it be 10%+?

4-8% is pretty average, try selling shoutouts on fiverr.

Your rates sound "ok" for an inactive page. Send me your page details, might be interested in some. Also let me know about your IG pages too, keen to grow in that area!

You could definitely try and sell it on fiverr, fourerr or here on bhw, but to be honest, it really depends on how many likes you have on the page in the first place. I tend to find anything under 5k likes won't really get anything

depends of your niche as always + the amount fans

you should try to find good partners that can post interesting stuff for your fans + pay well (just enough to use the money to grow your page, and have biger parterns after)

if you want to make money for you, I think shootouts are pointless (you need millions of fans !). Shoutouts is nice to use the money to grow your page !

    Depends entirely on three things

    -Page activity
    -Niche
-Where your fans are from (Countries like UK, US, Canada, Australia etc.. are far more valuable than for example India)

Without knowing more it's hard to say

Thanks guys. I recently decided to up those rates and get the page active again. Maybe I'll have a chance at selling SO after Summer ends
