How much should I spin articles ?

How much should I spin articles ? befor they are safe to use on my blogs or submit to article directories.
If I take an article from ezine how many % unique should it be before I can use it safely ?

To be safe you have to at least spin each sentence, and make it so each article comes out with a different word count. You might be ok with light spinning for ezine, but google will catch your spins if they are all the same word count and paragraph structure.

Takes me a couple of hours to spin a good article but it is worth it.
