Ok, i have got a broke guy who is selling his site + 1 Year VDS hosting

His website is here: [removed to hide niche]
It ranks #9 for the keyword [xyz] and ranks third and first for other smaller keywords.
He uses content gateway, i think BHCB. It makes him $5/day.

So i think i will buy this site. How much should i give him?
I have no experiences in buying/selling sites, so your input will be really appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

The guy is asking for $500 and he promises that he will maintain the current SERP status for next one year, now this seems good. Waiting for your 'pinions!

i mean if it does continue to make $5 daily for year, than its obviously worth the money. But the truth is, there is no way he can actually guarantee that, unless hes saying he will refund you if it loses its serp status. But i would be very weary of that.

Especially now that youve posted the exact niche here.

What's adorefire? Has he just got it on a subdomain or free host?

Looks like a load of crap to me, people always "promise" to maintain SERP's, but you should know that no-one can guarentee that assuming he bothers anyway.

Make sure you get proof of income and traffic etc, if it really does make $5 a day with search engine traffic, and it's not on a free host or whatever, then $500 is a good price.

adorefire.com is his domain.... he put it on a subdomain

its not a free host and on top of that i get $200 worth of 1 Year VDS from Jumpline.

Serps cannot be guaranteed, but i know this guy for a good while... He says he would work to get it back in position if it falls.:)

look at the traffic from alexa and keywords that drive it traffic and then see it there is really a bot or just offers leading one to another.

Ask him for proof of $5 per day too.
