How much should I charge per lead (health niche)?

Hi there,

I would like your opinions on how much should I charge a client per lead in the health niche.
I know this is a niche where there's a lot of money to be made so I don't want to give him a lower end price.

My client make around 4100USD per surgery.

How much could I ask for?

A Lead consist of a registration of a future client in my webpage using a form (name, email, phone) - I am getting visits by SEO so there are no costs involved there.

You could either charge per lead, or negotiate a percentage of each conversion he makes.

I would gather some further information before deciding which is the best option (how many leads could he be buying, how many surgeries could he do per week etc.)

When you are deciding on a figure, think about having his business for the long term.

Better to make slightly less money and have a long-term income stream than risk it for short-term gain.

how can you prove or confirm that your lead was converted into sale ?
Since I am believing all the transactions will be offline
I would rather charge a fixed amount monthly

You can also charge him on pay per appointment basis, instead of % per sale.

4100$ is what the customer pays. I don't really know what is their profit.

As I have no option of track their conversions, I prefer to work per lead.

He will buy as many leads as I can get through my website. I don't really know the number of surgeries he make per week...any clues?

They will pay me per client data, not per sale. I believe all the transactions will be offline as it is a surgery which costs a lot of money and talking is needed to be made before.

It is very difficult to track appointments based on an online form.
Having that implemented I can't really track those actions.

if he doesn't care and just want to chat to people I would go for $25 - $75 per contact

if you find out, that the roi for him is high, go for more than $75 but for that you need to know his profit margin and how many people actually convert. kinda hard to tell I guess

You should talk to him about this a bit more. Discuss how many surgeries he is capable of taking on per month, pricing, etc.

Yes, he will pay per contact info. I will be real with that hehe, I am not going to do nothing tricky there.
That's the thing...I think he will not show his cards and letting me know what is his ROI or how many people they convert.
