how much my site worth ?? and how to get fast sale on flippa

hello,

i have a website wich making $90 (100% hands free ) . how much this site worth .. this is 5 year old PR 2 web site (90% traffic from google ). i don't have experience on flippa .. what details i need to give there to get quick sale ?? is possible to sale a site within two days on flippa.. ??

$90/day , $90/month ? You should post more details on your site in the "what is my site worth" thread, meathead will give you an expert answer on your site's value.
 
If you are earning $90/month consistently for more than 6 months you can expect to sell it fro $800-$1500.

I also have a website which makes $10-15 a day, you can say that the average is $12 per day, the per month income is around $300. The price is what a buyer is willing to pay for it and you are willing to sell it for.
I buy and sell sites for 3 months of revenue. Most of the time, 3 months is too high. I don't sell easy at 3 months.
That gives you an idea...

3 months of revenue is too low for a price imo

IF you buy and sell at 3 months of revenue then what is your profit margin? Also 3 months is too low considering it takes money to get a website to make money so it's not a good ROI for any seller to sell at 3 months revenue. I would love to see an example site that falls under that estimation (not actual site but info about it like how long have it been making money and through what source.).
 
I guess it will be well worth $800-$1000 if your site consistently makes $90 hands free. But if your site isn't that consistent, the listing may end lesser than expected. Everything depends how your present your business and the potential for growth.

I guess I finally found a couple of buyers willing to pay 3 month of revenue for my sites then...:-)
