I have a site i created a few months ago and it gets roughly around 1000-2000 organic traffic daily. Till the first week of January it was getting upto 10k visitors daily but now it has come down to around 2k visits daily. 80% of the traffic is US. Its a django based site. Its basically a Onlyfans profiles directory site and is making around $50-$70 daily. I am thinking of selling this site and leave the burden of managing this site. Making $50-$70 is not worth it for me so i thought i could sell it instead. How much do you think i can sell it for?

Can you all give me a rough estimate? Also what place would be the best to sell a site like this?

On average a website will sell for around x30 the monthly net profit. So if we go for the lower figure of $50 per day, equating to ~$1,500 per month, that would be $45,000.

But this is only theoretical, and most of the worth of a site would be gained from expenses, daily work needed, stability of income etc. It's something that you would have to work out with potential buyers.

The growth from December to January looks unnatural.
But other than that, it's everything @Steptoe said.
Hi there,

I have GSC data to support whatever data i have. Its not a simple blog but a django app that works directly with data on Onlyfans to fetch data and display on my site. It has over 300k pages of individual profiles. Hope you got what i am trying to say.

It's how much you are earning with the site x 7 to 13 times...which should be the estimated value of your site that you should be selling for considering that there's no other issue with your website.

This graph bring more questions than answers, at least to me.
I think that you can get closer to 30 multiplier if you show that these numbers are growing consistently, otherwise not many people will pay a big multiplier for inconsistent bump.

That's just my opinion.

Thanks for your input, this site incurs around $150/month in terms of hosting and a little bit of tweaks time to time. Would it be reasonable to sell it for $5000?

Is that site built on Wordpress?

Coomers really are the most lucrative cattle there are.
