Hello ! I've been into the fiverr website for a long time and now I am tired of it. I have a LEVEL 2 Account and 400$ in it . For how much money I can sell this account ? I guess that I can sell it for 400$ for sure but how much is worth the LEVEL 2 Account ? My total rating it's 87% . Any suggestions for how much should I ask for it ?

Im sure it will all depend on what you sell on fiver, and how many orders you receive in a day. And im sure it should be something that the person that buy's the account will be able to deliver.
Also the relationship that you have with your client's and if they are returning clients or just random. And maybe if the product that you are selling if it is trending now and will die later.

Im no expert but think that there is much more to it when buying something like this, then really meet's the eye.

Also having $400 in the account and you selling it for $400 would make me very skeptical.

Its obviously worth more than $400 but not much because 87% feedback is i think a bit on the lower side.
Level 2 means you are having more than 50 orders in 2 months?
It will also depend upon how many orders a day what services you provide?
Would the services be continued or new gigs will be started.

Level 2 accounts has some worth but I would recommend that you withdraw $400 first and then sell it.
