    Sup,
I have some accs at 8k followers, I gain around 100-150 new followers per day.
I want to change the niche so I have changed the username, removed all pics and uploaded new ones but the engagement is horrible.

    1. From 8k followers, the new uploaded pics have 30-60 likes/pic only...Will the engagement increase?
    2. Also, how many likes should I have, based on this nr of followers?
    3. How much does it worth a shoutout NOW (with 30-60 likes/pic) and after I'll increase the engagement?

The niche is: hot girl profile
ps: If someone can recommand me a good niche (where shoutouts are easy to sell and expensive), I can switch more accs to that niche.
ps2: I always monetized my accs with CPA, so I dont have any experience with shoutouts, I never sold any.

You just took away the reason 8,000 accounts followed your page. Your best shot at recovering engagement is to find new followers who like what you're now doing.

You'll get many answers, but I wouldn't lose sleep over anything in the 1.00% to 2.50% range.

People who give numbers above that neglect to mention those accounts are exceptions, not the rule.

    No clue.

I'd be interested in this as well.

Changing the entire niche is not good, If you have changed the sub niche , that makes sense.

I also do have question for you, as I know you know IG well, how much would one shoutout cost if I have 100k followers? (It is silly question, but tell approximately) :D:D:D:D

if you build your own twitter shoutout list with actual targeted users, then it's going to be worth it in the long-run

You could maintain that account and use it to shoutout your new account.

Completely changing niches kinda kills it and you can't really fix the horrendous engagement that others will see which will just signal fake followers.

Switching niches is probably the worst thing someone could do to their IG. Lets say the account was a animal niche account. People followed you to see animal pics. Now you're uploading hot girls well that's not what they're interested in. I would change it back to the original account because that's what your followers are looking for.

As far as the shoutout question, how much engagement does the 100k get on average? I would rather spend more money on lets say a 30k account that averages 4k likes per pic than a 100k that averages 1.5k likes per pic.

I buy shoutouts based on niche & engagement, followers doesn't matter. You need to share more info but in general i will tell you that a 8k instagram with less than 1% like engagement is basically worthless

I completely agree. If an 8k account had decent or good engagement I might pay $5-$10 for a shoutout. If an 8k account has 1% engagement then that's probably only 80 people clicking my link if I'm lucky. So... 80 clicks, let's say $0.01/click, I might pay $0.80 for a shoutout at the moment. (EDIT: Depends how much OP is charging per click if they want something like $0.02, etc, then the price could be increased a little bit).

Now if you find better followers then you will succeed. Look for your ideal niche potential buyers and follow them (men 18-65, straight, single, looking for love, etc.) if the money niche is dating, adult, cams, etc.

However, changing your niche will ruin entire engagement. Even, if you force monetizing it, the revenue will not be maximum.
