I buy and sell them at 3 months of revenue. That gives you an idea.
And even at 3 months of revenue, they are not selling like crazy...

Have a look what adsense sites are going for on flippa. I just looked and found this, its 5 sites that average $60 (over past 3 months) going for over $650. I would read that, save the description and try to use the same layout when you come to sell

depends on the niche tool... seo, traffic, etc... not just the profit dude. People look at potential too
