I have been working on a site in a great niche, great small keywords, along with targeting some low competitive long tail keywords. The thing is nothing is going wrong, everything is slowly but surely moving up, but the domain I bought pretty fresh, had no previous backlinks, PR of 0 and is about 4 months old. With that said I'm number 1 in bing and yahoo with a ton of keywords (Obv diff algo, I know), but the thing is with google all of the top 10 result pages are less relevant but much more aged. My question is, when it comes to googles algorithm, is age a pretty decent factor in getting to the front page and staying there? (Site is all organic/whitehat btw) Thanks! Sidenote: The keywords I'm talking about are currently ranked between 10-20/page 2 in google, should have mentioned that sorry.
