I have found a PR5 do follow forum link that is very niche related to my site. I can't get any post on that since that thread has about 150 pages and only the 1 page is PR5. I have contacted a guy who could put my link in there (has a post on that page 1).

How much $ should I offer him? And how much is such an backlink worth for real?

If it is a do-follow signature link and if it'll stick there for lifetime then I would have payed anything b/w 50$-80$.
