I have found a few PR 3 domains that have expired ecently ( a few days) and was thinking of registering them.

But I was wondering if they are worth anything?

I am currently thinking of setting small wordpress blogs on them and them backlinking to my niche projects. Is that a good idea?

Will I get a better ROI if I just sell them?

The domains do not have any backlinks or traffic and most of them are not good EMDs.

There couldn't be any fixed price for all the PR3 domains around. It all depends on how much the buyer is willing to pay for them.

First and foremost thing is niche. If they are related to Insurance, Fashion, Sports, Health you can make good money.

Else if you have got good skills, you can make your own blog network and start selling it to buyers. There are many hungry buyers out there seeking to get high PR backlinks.

To buy a PR3 domain , it should have atleast 1000 backlinks. Otherwise its waste , you may loose PR in the next update.

You got to be careful with expired domains because the PR might disappear in the next update.

Generally, buying aged domains with PR is a great way to start and get ranked easily but you will
also need a good backlink network with PR to quickly get result.

In terms of the ROI when selling, it's going to depends on the niche, the site design and market.

It's not a fixed price it can go between $75 to $200, estimate though from personal experience.

One of the domains is about cyprus. Others are either branded or in a about some service or product. I guess they dont have much value.
